• To confirm, schedule, and manage your service appointment.

3. Data Storage

Booking records are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. Data is stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Supabase enforces row-level security, meaning your data is only accessible through authenticated, authorised requests.

Email notifications are sent via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes your name and email address to deliver confirmation emails. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking records for as long as necessary to provide our services and for reasonable business record-keeping purposes. If you would like your records removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete your information promptly.

You have the right to:
